A youth lost their lives as the consequences of the negligence of a money making machine parent to his rich & spoiled kid ,a negligence to the RTO authority of India ,Indian Police and Indian Judiciary System .

Now ,the damage has already been done.

The first time I observed ,the Indian media covered the damage so well ,but still the PR games for those criminals is still ON where some media houses is calling him as innocent under age or abbreviating him as “Nabaalik”.

This incident is eye opening and total expose to the real Indian Law & order System .If we recall the incident ,recall it one by one ,where no one from the traffic police dared to stop him attending this much of high speed.

The area was very posh and people who lived there are so called “elite” .Why these civilized elites didn’t even noticed ?

Where were the traffic control?

The police came into the picture …and they let him serve pizza .The treatment of high profile people in the police station is well known to Everyone .
How they play with mind of the victim’s while writing the complain , the moment person become “victim” and the culprit turns out as a high profile ..a great opportunity for the police(not everyone) to play money game and first they confuse the victim so the victim starts doubting on himself,wouldn’t be confident enough to write a single complain in a proper manner ,make them believe that nothing major happened .

Its all into your head kind of justification tactics that gives enough reason for them stop to do any action. Most of them has already received call from ” Uper Party”.

The Punishment ……a joke ?

In my personal experience or the interviews I have watched some interview ,I have kind of sensed the police has developed a sympathy toward culprit as I have been to recent interview ,where a police officer was getting sympathized over the hanging of “Nirbhaya’s” culprit .

So far, A pen and paper to the person who just had killed two innocents to write an apology .
and Then the major and the most disastrous system came into the picture ,The Great Indian Judiciary System .

We all know about the current scenario of the Indian Judiciary System,There are so many people walking to the high court & District court ,some unfortunate and poor people they already start running a small tea stall or selling pen because of judicial delay so their work cannot get impacted .

“Bebbojan” of Indian Judiciary ..!

It may sound funny but it is not funny for those who travel thousand miles and around 40% time ,courts gets dismissed or sometime strike ,sometime court is vacant .Just a person who took bus from his village ,then took train and then he came on court date and he just got informed that the Entire day got useless for any stupid reason But It was quite un digesting as court has been never got fas-tracked for a person who is on the death bed and expecting justice, at least on his last day .

Like I said ,In recent days I was intimidated by movie where “The ta-waifs ” only make happier to the only “Saahabs ” the allocated one.Those who know ,who knows it well……..

Anyway , the boy got bail in the same night of the accident of Ashin & Ashwini .So much circus and drama we have seen regarding this unfortunate event but we will discuss here,the most important points that should discussed & acknowledged on huge level.

*Why some article started marketing about the “Porche Model & Manufacturing “details during this very unfortunate event ,Quite Insensitive ?
*The statement of police officers are totally senseless it was only pointing fingers on each other by discussing license and age etc.
*Why No one is handling or volunteering themselves the damage repair,Some one has lost his dream & the earning source for the family as we all know the demise of a youth of any family is a great loss ,coming this far for nothing .
In general ,People forget the pain of the family even it wasn’t their fault at all ,Some one has to answer for their loss and At least government should take responsibility.

*The silence of the main public figure who speak out loud when it comes to celebrate Diwali & Das-sera
*The Talk of the culprits father ,connections and wealth ,is that necessary ?

There is no point to write or comment on anything until it doesn’t make any impact .By writing this post ,I want to express my deep condolence to Late “Ashwini & Anish “.All of Us can feel ,how
we reach to these big cities with all of our dreams crossing lot of hurdles .We all can feel the aggression & rage against the corruption in the system .
We are all are ashamed !
